Promotional Period

This promotional offer is valid from 01 July 2025 to 31 August 2025, inclusive.

Offer Details & Eligibility
  • Eligible customers will receive up to $6,000 (including GST) off selected Fisher & Paykel kitchen or laundry appliances when they spend a minimum of $40,000 (including GST), cabinets and benchtops only, on a renovation with Renovation Capital.
  • The calculation of the appliance spend is dependent on the overall project value.
  • Only one promotional offer per household is permitted.
  • This offer is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash or credit, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
  • The offer applies only to residential renovation projects.
Appliance Discount Details
  • The discount of up to $6,000 applies exclusively to eligible Fisher & Paykel appliances and is subject to stock availability.
  • Product availability and model eligibility will be confirmed at the time of quoting.
  • Renovation Capital reserves the right to substitute items of similar value if preferred models are unavailable.
Quotes and Orders
  • Quotes issued during the promotional period are valid for 14 days from the date of issue or until 31 August 2025, whichever comes first.
  • Orders must be placed by paying a 5% deposit of the total quoted value, which is non-refundable.
  • Orders must be placed between 01 July 2025 and 31 August 2025 to qualify for the promotion.
  • Projects must be booked to commence within six (6) months from the date the deposit is paid.
  • Once a promotional offer has been accepted and the deposit paid, it cannot be exchanged for another offer or applied retroactively.
General Conditions
  • The promotional offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time at the sole discretion of Renovation Capital.
  • Renovation Capital does not accept responsibility for any loss, liabilities, costs, or disappointment incurred as a result of participation in this promotion.
  • Participation in the promotion indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions – September/ October 2025 Promotion

Free Delivery & Installation of Your Kitchen (Valued Up to $6,000)

Promotional Period

This promotional offer is valid from 1 September 2025 to 31 October 2025, inclusive.

Offer Details & Eligibility
  • Customers are eligible to receive free delivery and installation of their kitchen, valued at up to $6,000 (including GST), with a minimum spend of $30,000 (including GST) on kitchen cabinetry and benchtops only.
  • The offer applies exclusively to kitchen delivery and kitchen installation costs, and cannot be allocated to other renovation components, products, or services.
  • The promotional value of $6,000 is the maximum benefit available. Any installation or delivery costs exceeding this amount will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
  • Projects that do not meet $35,000 minimum spend will instead receive up to 10% off cabinetry and benchtops.
  • This offer is limited to one per household, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
Inclusions & Exclusions
  • Inclusions:
    Standard ground-floor delivery within metro service areas and standard installation of cabinets and benchtops as quoted and approved by Renovation Capital.
  • Exclusions:
    This offer does not include demolition, removal of existing cabinetry or benchtops, plumbing, electrical, gas, or any non-standard installations. Additional charges may apply for:

    • Regional or difficult-access deliveries
    • Multi-storey site delivery or installations
    • Site modifications or custom structural work
Quotes and Orders
  • Quotes issued during the promotional period are valid for 14 days from the date of issue, or until 31 October 2025, whichever comes first.
  • Orders are confirmed by paying a 5% deposit of the total quoted value. This deposit is non-refundable.
  • Orders must be placed between 1 September 2025 and 31 October 2025 to qualify for the promotion.
  • Projects must be booked to commence within six (6) months of the date the deposit is paid.
  • Once the promotional offer has been accepted and the deposit paid, the offer cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted for another promotion at a later date.
General Conditions
  • Renovation Capital reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions during the promotional period without prior notice.
  • Renovation Capital does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, cost, or disappointment suffered by customers in connection with this promotional offer.

Terms and Conditions – November/ December 2025 Promotion

Free Trade Costs Up to $6,000 (Building, Plumbing, Electrical or Tiling)

Promotional Period

This promotional offer is valid from 1 November 2025 to 31 December 2025, inclusive.

Offer Details & Eligibility
  • Eligible customers will receive up to $6,000 (including GST) toward trade-related renovation costs, specifically building, plumbing, electrical works or tiling, when they spend a minimum of $45,000 (including GST) on kitchen cabinetry and benchtops only.
  • The $6,000 is the maximum promotional value. If the total value of applicable trade services is less than $6,000, no cash refund, credit, or carry-over will apply.
  • Trade services must be included in the Renovation Capital quote to be eligible under this offer.
  • Projects that do not meet the $45,000 minimum spend will receive 10% off cabinetry and benchtops instead.
  • This offer is limited to one per household, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
Eligible Trade Services
  • This offer applies only to the labour cost of the following licensed trade services:
    • General building works
    • Plumbing
    • Electrical
    • Tiling
  • Exclusions: This promotion does not apply to:
    • Supply of materials or fittings (e.g., appliances, tapware, lighting)
    • Other services such as painting, demolition, or design fees
    • Trade work not itemised in the final quote
  • All trade services will be performed by appropriately licensed professionals in accordance with relevant local laws.
