Our payment terms as of 01/03/2024
Deposit Payment – 5% of the contract value paid upon acceptance.
Production Payment – 40% of the contract value is to be paid at time of contract signing.
Progress Payment – 25% of the contract value is to be paid once site works commences.
Progress Payment – 25% of the contract value to be paid on delivery of the cabinetry.
Completion Payment – 5% of the contract value to be paid on handover and completion.
Variations are invoiced in addition to the nearest upcoming payment within the schedule.
