As a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in the custom home sector, Peter O’Neil has honed his skills in designing and creating some of the most beautiful and functional kitchens, bathrooms, and laundries. As the Site Supervisor for Renovation Capital, he plays an integral role as the link between the designers, tradespeople, and customers.

Project Liaison
Rodney brings over 20 years of expertise in cabinetry, shop fitting, logistics, and warehousing to our team, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Starting as a skilled cabinet maker, Rodney excels in crafting bespoke cabinetry and shop fittings, combining design acumen with construction expertise.
Transitioning to logistics and warehousing, he meticulously manages project timelines, inventory, and supply chains, coordinating deliveries and overseeing installations to ensure smooth operations. Known for his proactive communication and problem-solving skills, Rodney collaborates closely with clients to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
As an integral part of Renovation Capital, Rodney’s craftsmanship and logistical expertise ensure precise, timely project delivery, enhancing spaces and client satisfaction.
Troy Skiba
Electrician
Troy is a highly experienced Electrician with 14 years under his belt since receiving his full trade qualifications. Throughout his career Troy has worked in a number of industries including mining, commercial, and private. Troy’s strong work ethic and trustworthiness has had him hold Registered Manager positions within the mining sector.
With a keen sense of professional pride in his trade, Troy is dedicated to providing the highest quality of work for clients no matter what is required. With his knowledge and experience Troy comes into each job with the mindset that anything is possible and he couples that with the skill set to achieve whatever is desired.
Troy brings with him to the role an eye for detail, quality craftsmanship, and the ability to build strong relationships with people of all different backgrounds and societies.

With over 15 years of experience, Daniel is a key member of Renovation Capital, known for his expertise and craftsmanship in cabinet making. Specialising in custom cabinetry, Daniel blends traditional woodworking with modern design, creating functional and aesthetically pleasing pieces. Committed to using high-quality materials, Daniel ensures precision and attention to detail in every project, consistently exceeding client expectations.

Nicole Walton
Senior Designer
Nicole Walton is a qualified interior designer with 20 years of experience in kitchen design and a focus on great design and customer service.
She is a kitchen design specialist but also designs bathrooms and other built-in furniture around the home.
From an initial consultation in your home to measure and discuss your requirements, the kitchen of your dreams is then carefully designed and quoted before a showroom meeting where Nicole would present the design and run through finishes, products and design features in detail.

Nicole is passionate about combining functional storage solutions with creative aesthetics to make any kitchen easy and practical to work in as well as tailored to a client’s style and budget. Caitlin McNeill
Interior Designer
Caitlin is an experienced designer with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in Interior Design with a background into Cabinetry and interior design. A strong arts and design professional with an Advanced Diploma of Interior Design focused in the fundamentals of Design from Central Institute of Technology.
Having worked alongside architects and designers, it has shaped Caitlin into the designer she is today. Working in depth with her clients to achieve the desired yet functional aspect into all areas of their home/business.
Following the latest trends from across all design platforms from Modern Contemporary to Traditional Hamptons style, Caitlin enjoys pushing the boundaries of design and ensuring that the clients’ visions are delivered. Caitlin has also picked up numerous finalist and award wins in her time

She thrives on the challenge of transforming tired spaces into stunning, revitalised environments, preferring the intricacies of renovation over starting from a blank canvas.Cinzia’s comprehensive understanding of construction processes and her adeptness in coordinating trades make her an invaluable asset to our team as a Trade Coordinator. Her ability to seamlessly integrate design concepts with practical construction requirements ensures the successful execution of projects to the highest standards.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Cinzia enjoys camping, socialising with friends over drinks in the sun, and engaging in DIY projects around her home. Emma has recently moved back to Perth after spending seven years living in the UK; where she received her diploma of Interior Design. After managing a Scandinavian-led design and concept store, she hopes to entwine her experience dealing with European trends with the latest in modern Australian design.

Jasmin, originally from New Zealand is a highly talented and passionate Interior Designer.
With a Diploma in Interior Design and years of professional experience in the construction industry, Jasmin integrates both knowledge and creativity into her designs. Her diverse background ranges from architectural builds, and multi-residential projects to full renovations. She is dedicated to bringing her clients fresh design ideas with an innovative approach. She will work collaboratively with you to transform your space into something practical yet eye-catching.
In her spare time, you will find Jasmin socialising with friends whilst enjoying cocktails in the sun. She also enjoys a DIY project around the house, pottery, and other creative endeavours.
Sharon Harper
Interior Designer
Sharon’s diverse career journey and global adventures have converged into a passion for crafting beautiful environments. With a background spanning various professions and international living, she returned to Melbourne to embrace her true love: Interior Design.
Her specialty lies in residential design, with a focus on kitchens, bathrooms, and laundries, as well as orchestrating full home renovations. Notably, Sharon was a finalist for the KBDi and HIA Bathroom of the Year awards in 2019.
Now in Perth and aligned with Renovation Capital, she infuses her projects with a blend of empathy and imagination. Inspired by textures, light, architecture, and travel, Sharon takes the time to understand her clients’ needs and helps them achieve a space that truly works for them.
