Shelley was super responsive to all questions and concerns, and had our full trust. Our natural stone bench cracked within hours of going in (nobody's fault, just bad luck!) Shelley and the stone mason took the stress out of an unfortunate situation and had the matter resolved and the entire job still finished on time. The design process at the beginning and the finished product are great, however the communication, organisation, and attention to detail through the renovation process could have been a lot better.
